When sending MTD Quarterly Filer documents to Document Manager or eSign Centre, the most recent documents will be sent.
The documents that can be sent are:
- Data Import Summary
- HMRC Tax Calculation
If you have a multiple of both documents you will only be able to send the most recent of each document to Document Manager and eSign Centre (for data import it is the most recent successful).
If you have multiple versions of either document, only the most recent version of each can be sent to Document Manager and eSign Centre. For the Data Import Summary, this refers to the most recent successfully filed document.
Please note: The documents are per year, therefore if you want to send documents from a previous year you will need to go to the desired year. Again you will only be able to send the most recent documents for that year.
